Return policy

Can I cancel my order?

yes, in this case you have to contact us after 4 days  from placing the order, through:

If the order is canceled after 4 days, the prepaid advance may be deducted to compensate for the damage caused by starting the manufacture of the product. In case the order is prepaid, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

The product is checked by the customer before the delivery representative leaves, receiving the product is an implicit acknowledgment and approval by the client that the product is free of any technical defects that prevent the use of the product.

How can I return a product?

Should there be any damage due to the shipping, please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Should there be any missing parts/defective products; it must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date stating the nature of the damage/fault/shortage using 3 pictures or 1 video via our social media platform or email. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

In case of Change of mind with stating any damage in the product, you can return the product within 14 days from delivery date, only if the product secured in the original packaging & the product is in its original condition.

All products can be returned in case of a change of mind without stating damage in the product, except for the following ones:

  • Used product or any product that is not used but without its original card or packaging or is not in its original condition.
  • Products intended for personal use (for hygiene issues), such as bed linen, pillowcases, duvets, bed sheets… etc
  • Products manufactured on demand with special specifications upon the customer’s request such as (custom workstations).
  • Fabrics that are sold by meter.
  • Items exceeded 14 days.
  • Items identified as misuse.

When will the payment be refunded?

All refunds will be issued once the item is picked up and confirmed as Returned by Furvive.. Once Refund is processed it will take 7 to 14 working days (subject to change based on card issuer policy).

  • If a defect or damage is confirmed to prevent the product from being used for its intended purpose in the returned products, we will provide you with a full refund including the fees paid by you for delivery and return. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method as the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • For chairs replace the whole chair or the damaged part only If possible in case of manufacturing defects in the first month from receiving the order
  •  In case of returning the prepaid product by Visa Card, Master Card, or any electronic payment method (in the absence of a defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer will bear 6% of the administrative fees.
  • In case of returning the prepaid product by ValU (in the absence of a defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer will bear 8% of the administrative fees.
